Light City - Kraven the Hunter

Kraven seems like an appropriate Light City style villain. I think he's an underrated character and would love to see him on the big screen.

AC 5 [14]      HD: 4  Attacks: Spear (1d6+1)  or Sniper Rifle (1d6+1+special, long range) Move: 12

Kraven can hide in shadows, move silently, climb walls, and hear noises with a 1-5 chance on a 1d6. When he surprises an opponent he gets a +4 to hit and does X2 damage.
