The m...I had a blast playing TMNT back in the day. The mutant animal generation tables are the best available in my opinion. Sure the Palladium system isn't perfect (but what system really is?) and it is a bit dated, but it can be alot of fun. Palladium did an upgrade to the rules; i.e. After the Bomb 2nd edition, it is basically TMNT rules without the Ninja turtles, it even has Spider Goats!
