H is for Hacker

The hacker npc below is based on Aiden Pearce, the protagonist of Watch Dogs and fits perfectly into Gunzo!: True Vigilante. Much like my discussion of a freerunner class, I think I might build a hacker class for Gunzo at some point. 

Hacker: Init +3; Atk hand gun+3 ranged (1d6+1); AC 12; HD 5d6; MV 30; Act 1d20+1d14; SP +5 to hacking rolls ; SV Fort +2, Ref +2, Will +5; Any

In the modern world that relies on technology, hackers have the ability alter their surroundings. They can hack, control, and overload computers, traffic lights, and phones. 

Disable Common Device - DC 12

Control Device - DC 15

Overload Device - DC 18

If a hacker targets a gadgeteer's device increase these difficulties by 5. Overloading a device can cause it to spark or even explode. Judges decide how much damage this causes.
