"New" M&M 3E Characters

I really hope to have more significant posts up eventually, but I thought I'd post pdf write-ups I've done for Mutants and Masterminds 3E. A few of these you've seen. Okay, all but one has previously been posted (though not in snazzy pdf format). The newcomer to the group is Little J, which is a young Joker clone I hope to one day use in a Teen Titans game.
