As you folks have probably guessed, I'm a fan of B Horror. Don't get me wrong, I love well acted and visually impressive horror, but I'm a fan of lower budget and cheesy stuff too. C.H.U.D. (Cannibalistic Humanoid Underground Dweller) is one of those flicks. If you haven't seen the movie it is about radioactive mutants living in the sewers of NYC. It's a fun flick and an Instant View on Netflix. Personally I think they'd make great monsters for any modern horror game. That's why I've statted them up for use with (new) World of Darkness.
C.H.U.D.
Description: Cannabilistic Humanoid Underground Dwellers (C.H.U.D.'s for short) are horrifying monsters that were once human. Most are former vagrants that have been mutated by toxic waste. This turned them into horrible, hideous, flesh-eating creatures. C.H.U.D.'S prefer to stay away from the light of the sun, but will venture to the surface when food is scarce.

Radioactive: Because of the C.H.U.D.'s radioactive nature, bite wounds inflicted by the C.H.U.D. are considered aggravated. At the Storyteller's discretion any mortal that takes damage from a C.H.U.D. may mutate into one of the creatures.
Game Uses: C.H.U.D.'s make great monsters for Hunter and other mortal games. They also make a great addition to Vampire games. What happens when C.H.U.D.'s invade the haunting grounds of the local Nosferatu?
What about for D&D? Any stats for these cannon fodder
