I know there are several variations of the incubus legend but I like to think of them as the breath-stealing counterpart to the classic succubus.World of Darkness: Inferno discusses demons and Hell in the World of Darkness. However, I don't have that book so I've come up with my own homebrew incubus stats.

Embodiment of Lust: Mortals, mages, and werewolves viewing attracted to men are subject to a subtle illusion that emphasizes those aspects of the incubus that the subject find most appealing, sometimes going so far as to convince the subject that small aspects of the him are utterly different than they really are. (An observer who finds bright green eyes particularly appealing may believe that a blue-eyed incubus has emerald eyes instead.) This manifests as a –3 to all characters’ subsequent attempts to accurately describe her to others, including characters attempting to create police sketches. The power applies to clothing as well, but a sufficiently extraordinary trinket might grant a bonus to the roll. This is not a disguise, however, and unless the subject’s standard of beauty has changed significantly between one meeting of the incubus and the next, he recognizes her without any difficulty. Recording devices, which have no preconceived notions of beauty and no expectations, are affected by the infernal magic as well (in their own way), recording the individual as remarkably average. The –3 penalty applies to attempts to identify the character based on recorded footage or photographs as well. In addition, the incubus gains he positive benefits of having Striking Looks 4.
Steal Breath: An incubus may perform a special attack on sleeping and unconscious foes. For each turn of attack the incubus drains one Health point from the target. The attack continues until the victim is awakened, dead, or the incubus chooses to stop. This damage is considered Lethal. The Health points are stored by the incubus until the following night. An incubus cannot have more than 10 stored Health points at any given time.
