My friend Wirty once put an in-tact dragon skeleton in a room in the middle of the dungeon. The party rogue(s) then made appraise checks to see what it was worth. I don't remember the exact ammount, I just remember that it was worth beacoup de GP, but only intact. We were lower level and had no way to get the damn thing out.
At the time we only played once a week and I think the party spent a good three game sessions trying to figure out how to get that damn thing out. I still love/hate the thing.
