Do you remember your first Edition war? Did you win?

So going back to what I said yesterday, I never really took part in any edition wars. I liked all editions of D&D and my friends are similar. We may not have much desire to go back and play older editions, but that doesn't mean we had any kind of heated debate about it.

Yes, I know some gamers that have spewed hate for one edition or another, but I tend to avoid those conversations. My only real taste of edition wars come from the gamer blog community. Debating the pros and cons of a system is cool, but don't be a dick about it and attack someone's character just because you don't like the edition they play.
