I don't know if this is cheating, but I wish TMNT had an RPG. I know Palladium did TMNT and Other Strangeness, but that was many years ago (and I don't care for the Palladium system). A newer game that used something similar to M&M or Cinematic Unisystem would be fantastic.
If you could post one of their Game stats ( we used to "convert" gaming stats from other systems into our D&D games back then.... ).... I would give a try....
