The River King
Do you need a fiendish bargainer with a southern vibe? If so, League of Legends' Tahm Kench, River King is your monster. He could be an actual fiend, or perhaps he's a highly intelligent kuo-toa.

Thanks for pointing this out. Both League and Dota 2 seem like largely untapped RPG resources to me. A MOBA setup could make for a great adventure.
