Geek and Sundry have once again given us a phenomenal 5E article. This time they explore the Lovecraft classic Shadow Over Innsmouth.While the article doesn't give a fully fleshed out adventure it does give a solid plot (with resolution) and mentions monsters and things you can use.
If you want something a little more fleshed out, The Mystery at Port Greely for Astonishing Swordsman and Sorcerers of Hyborea is a great Innsmouth D&D adventure.
