The Iron Kettles are a mercenary company that operates out of Portsmaw. They came to the region protecting the noble families and their retainers. The captain of the group, Dalkin, decided to set up shop. Originally known as the Iron Wolves, a few of the natives started calling them the Iron Kettles, because they thought their bulky armor was reminiscent of a kettle. Having a good since of humor, Dalkin decided to use the name.
Unlike many outsiders, the Kettles have a good reputation among the natives and quite a few of the current group were born and raised in Portsmaw and the surrounding communities.
The group is always looking for new blood and can serve as a quest source for parties.

Dalkin
The aging veteran
Dalkin spends most of his days training the men and women of the company. He's also started studying herbalism and alchemy to help his soldiers.
Misha- As stubborn as she is strong, the curly-haired half-elf Misha is Dalkin's second in command and the group's medic. While she's no cleric, she knows how to keep her people patched up and fighting. Her husband is the commander of the troops at Fort Massie, so she keeps relations between the Kettles and the King's soldiers amicable.
