The latest version of Calendar Man is tied to the seasonal weather of Gotham. He ages as the year goes on, dying in winter, only to be reborn again in spring. For this version you can modify the stats based on season:

• Spring - +2 to AC
• Summer - +2 to Damage
• Autumn -  +2 to Toughness, +2 to hit instead of +3, AC 11 instead of 12
• Winter - +2 to Outsmart, +1 to hit instead of +3, AC 10 instead of 12.
