Z is for Zombie

I've been trying to keep things normal-ish and street level for these Gunzo!: True Vigilante posts, but I wanted to end on a bang... or guttural moan as the case may be.

Virus Zombie: Init -10; Atk +2 grapple melee (-) or +0 bite (1d4+infection); AC 10; HD 1d12; MV 20; Act 1d20; SP headshot, horde, infection; SV Fort +3, Ref -5, Will +0; N

While they are not intelligent, zombies work together. If a zombie hits with a grapple attack, it's foe is restrained unless they can make a successful DC 10 Agility or Strength check on their turn. While grappled by a zombie, the foe cannot move and has and does gain any agility bonuses to their AC. An allied zombie can automatically grapple a target that is grappled by another zombie. The grappled foe only has to make one escape roll on their turn by the DC is increased by 2 for every zombie involved in the grapple. Anyone bitten by a zombie must make a DC 15 Fortitude save or contract the zombie virus. Every hour they must permanently burn one point of Luck or lose 1d6 HP.  Anyone killed while infected with the zombie virus reanimates the found after they die.

Zombies can be quickly eliminated by headshots. Sneak attacks, critical hits, and successful mighty deeds of arms that target the zombies head automatically destroy them. Massive head trauma, such as a bullet to the brain, will also stop an infected human from reanimation.
