Helms of the Multiverse

Helms of the Multiverse is a collection of helmets and other protective headgear from across the planes. While the zine is definitely made for rpgs, it has no game stats included. The zine introduces 27 new helms and 5 helm randomizer charts. This zine is very art focused, which is nice. There is an introduction by the individual donning the helm on the cover. There are helms suitable for all sorts of games. For example, Artifact- 001 was found on a starship and DP-I and DP-II are definitely not the Daft Punk helmets. Most helmets are your classic fantasy helms. There are some other genres represented too.  My favorite helm in the book is The Hunter, a red motorcycle helmet worn by a bounty hunter (or group of bounty hunters) that was covered in tally marks that corresponded to successful bounties. 

This is a fun zine. While it may not have direct game utility, it is full of flavor and the stories of the helms are great inspiration for adventures and npcs. Contact the author here if you'd like a copy of your own.
