Q is for Quorak

Quorak had a single appearance in Planet Comics #1 (January1940). While he is not the greatest challenge on his own, if you are going to use him as a villain to take on your heroes, make sure that he's surrounded by powerful minions and traps/tech. Background
Quorak is an insanely brilliant scientist from a possible future. He left his home of Earth and fled to a planetoid known as Spectremus. There he created many powerful weapons, including the Spectro-Magnet, a device he used to pull Pluto out of its orbit and kill its residents. After a confrontation with a space ranger, Quorak found himself stranded in the past without his tech. Instead of becoming a supervillain, as expected, he lied about his past and claimed that he's come to the past to stop a coming catastrophe. He worked for a few government organizations before being made the technical and science advisor for Project Second Chance. He gets along well with staff, though a few are starting to suspect that his story isn't totally on the up and up.
