Tom Thumb is a pint sized villain that fought Doll Man in several stories. He first appeared in Feature Comics #114 (September 1947).

Background
Standing only 10 inches tall, Thomas Bryant was born and raised in the circus. He grew up bitter, constantly being laughed at and teased due to his stature. A charismatic and intelligent man, he decided to use his gifts to become a crime boss and call himself Tom Thumb. He integrated himself into a local organization and slowly worked his way up. When the time was right, he killed the head of the syndicate and took over. He established quite the criminal enterprise until he ran into Escape Goat. He served on several missions with Project Second Chance until he was abducted and then recruited into King Killer's Kingdom of Crime. Tom Thumb now serves as King Killer's spymaster.
