Here's another fun and obscure Batman villain.

Johnny Karaoke is a loan-shark that leads a band of of sexy martial artists known as the Geisha Grrls. Born and raised in California, he's a well respected member of the American branch of the Yakuza. Extremely charismatic, he uses his charm to get his opponents to drop their guard. He is infamous for singing into his sword cane microphone while committing crimes.
