DC Nation: Vibe and 5e Stats

I know Vibe, especially the classic version, is a lame character that plays into stereotype. That doesn't mean I didn't think he was fun as a kid. I also think his New 52 redesign was actually really cool and Cisco is great.

These DC Nation: Vibe shorts play into the OG version of the character. They are goofy, but fun.

My Vibe stats are an amalgamation of his original, New 52, and CW's The Flash.

Actions
Mutliattack: Vibe makes two attacks.
Unarmed: Melee Weapon Attack. +5 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 4 (1d6+1) bludgeoning damage.
Shock Wave: Ranged Weapon Attack. +8 to hit, range 60 ft, one target. Hit 9 (2d8) thunder damage.
Shattering Wave (Recharge 5-6): Each creature in a 10 ft. radius must make a DC 15 Constitution saving throw. A creature takes 13 (3d8) thunder damage and be pushed 10 feet away from him on a failed save, or half as much damage and not pushed on a successful one. A creature made of inorganic material much as stone, crystal, or metal has disadvantage on this saving throw. Nonmagical objects that aren't being work or carried also take the damage if they are in the area.
Dimension Shift: Vibe and up to eight willing creatures who link hands in a circle are transported to a different dimension. He can specify a target destination in general terms. He can also use this power to banish an unwilling creature to their home dimension. He makes a ranged attack (+8 to hit) against the target. If successful, the the creature must make a DC 16 Charisma saving throw. If the creature fails this save, it is transported to a random location in the dimension he specifies. After using this ability Vibe gains a level of Exhaustion and cannot use it again until he completes a long rest.
