Dr. Strange Has Not Seen The Last of the Pizza Poppa!

 Now this is a villain origin story. 

This was a ridiculous role (literally) made for Bruce Campbell. I've decided to give him 5e stats based on the above scene and the ridiculous ideas I have for what he would do to get revenge against Dr. Strange.

Human Punching Bag: His three weeks of torment have granted Pizza Poppa several benefits. He has resistance to non-magical bludgeoning damage and gains advantage on Constitution saving throws.

Magic Resistance: Because of his bond with the Nth Metal Pizza Cutter, Pizza Poppa has advantage on all saving throw vs magic. He also has damage resistance to magic sources.

Red Guardian's Shield: Melee Attack. +5 to hit, reach 5 ft or range 20/60 ft. Hit 5 (1d6+2) bludgeoning damage.

Nth Metal Pizza Cutter

Unique Weapon

Crafted by Pizza Poppa after a visit to the Omniverse out of Nth Metal. It grants its wielder a +1 bonus to attack and damage rolls. Additionally they gain advantage on saving throws vs magic and damage resistance to all magic source.

Jet Boots Attachments

These act as Winged Boots, but use the Advanced Equipment rules on page 32 of Carbide City #2. 

Forcefield Belt

These act as Ring of Protection, but use the Advanced Equipment rules on page 32 of Carbide City #2. 

Background

The Pizza Poppa lived a fulfilling life selling pizza balls in the NYC of Earth-838. His life was forever changed when he encountered Doctor Strange of Earth-199999 and America Chavez. Having one of his precious pizza balls stolen by Chavez, he confronted the pair. Believing Dr. Strange was a thief that stole the Strange of his Earth's costume he squirted him with mustard. In retaliation Strange placed an enchantment on him that caused him to relentlessly pummel himself for 3 weeks.

Once the magic wore off, Pizza Poppa swore to Revenge on Strange. He managed to work his way into the Baxter Building, were he learned that the location of the Strange he sought revenge against. He stole a piece of tech that let him travel the Multiverse and eventually the Omniverse. He encountered many strange creatures and things. While on his journey he heard rumors of a magic that granted resistance to magic. He traveled to Earth Prime and was able to obtain Nth Metal from a Thanagarian space pirate he defeated. He used this to craft his pizza cutter, the tool of his revenge. He gathered several other pieces of equipment to aid his cause including Jet Boot Attachments, a forcefield belt from the 31st century. and Red Guardian's Shield. He continues to travel the multiverse, seeking out the Strange that harmed him.
