The goatmen and their queen live beneath a Central American volcano called Mount Pataxo. C.A.R.E. become aware of their existence because of an ally museum agent, named Tod Sloane. They seem to be friendly, though there are members of the organization that believe their appearance hints at a connection to the Crawling Chaos Cult.
