Sooperman's Other Best Friend

Bibbo is one of my favorite supporting character is DC. While he seems like a real tough guy and not too bright, he has a heart of gold. He's really brave too, helping Professor Hamilton using a giant laser (at great risk to his own life) in Superman's fatal fight against Doomsday. Afterward he became a positive influence in community and tried to emulate his pal Sooperman. It's not touched on too much, but he's also a skilled boxer. At one point in his career he fought Ted "Wildcat" Grant in a charity boxing event. 

While nothing has been rumored or said officially, I really hope he shows up in James Gunn's Superman flick next year (hopefully played by Michael Rooker).

Unique Traits
Bar Fighter: Bibbo is proficient with improvised weapons. When he hits an opponent with an unarmed strike or an improvised weapon , he can use a bonus action to grapple the target.
Second Wind: On his turn, as a bonus action, Bibbo can draw on his stamina reserves to heal 1d10+6 hit points. He can't use this ability again until he takes a short or long rest. 
Reckless Attack: On the first attack on his turn, Bibbo can decide to attack recklessly. Doing so gives him advantage on melee weapon attack rolls using Strength during this turn, but attack rolls against him have advantage until your next turn.
