The players are Evo allies/advocates that are kidnapped and awaken in a chronal wasteland. They must explore their surroundings and do their best to equip themselves and prepare for a fight. Then it becomes a dash to get to their kidnapper's lab before their surroundings collapse and they are lost in the time stream forever. Once they make it to the lab they have to fight an anti-Evo robot. The adventure can lead several directions. The characters can stay in the future or find a way back to their own time.
There's a nice variety in this adventure. Scavenging, fighting, and player ingenuity are all important. There are also plenty of opportunities to exposure to chronal energy, likely powering the characters. One of my favorite encounters involves a cosplaying doggo, Dr. Mange. If he survives he can become a character's sidekick. Since sidekicks gain levels you can have your own Krypto (or some other super dog). However, if you want him to just be an extremely capable dog without powers, you should check out The Canine 2.0.
This adventure is an awesome origin story for your Evolved characters. It's exciting, original, and has a caped dog. Honestly you can't ask for much more.
