Reaper has a fine selection of Succubus minis. Many are variants of their poster girl, Sophie the Succubus. I've posted pics below. You can check out their full selection of succubi here.
She's not a Reaper, but I really like this Heresy succubus too. It's not a "battle ready" pose, but it's one that seems fitting for a succubus.
I really should pick some of these up.
