Change Is In The Air

Tim over at The Savage AfterWorld proposed an interesting challenge. Could he fund an entire day at a gaming con with spare change? The idea was not to spend less at the con, just to see if he could do it with the change he's saved throughout the year. You can read his original post here. He went to Origins and it was a success. You can read about that here. I thought this was a really good idea. I know a lot of people that do this. My mom saves her change for vacation spending. I used to solely use my check card to pay for purchases, but I've found myself using cash a lot more. Perhaps I'll do this and see how much change I can save to do at least a day at Origins this year.

Starting out today with $1.30. Let's see how much I have by roughly this time next year.
