I don't watch much anime, but every once in a while one catches my interest. Because of my love for Attack on Titan, I decided to watch Kabaneri of the Iron Fortress. I'm halfway through the series and honestly, I think I like it better than Attack on Titan. Here's the premise:
On the island country Hinomoto, humans hide themselves in
fortresses called "stations" against the threat of zombie-like beings
with steel hearts known as "Kabane." Only armored locomotives known
as "Hayajiro" go between the stations.
The only way to kill the kabane is by piercing their glowing hearts. Unfortunately, they're covered in a thin layer of iron.
The anime is very cinematic, which is why I went with cinematic unisystem. I'll probably do an All Flesh Must Be Eaten classic unisystem version too eventually. Side note, I've come to realize that cinematic unisystem is actually a great system to use for an anime-esque game.

*Anytime a mortal is bit by a kabane, he must make a Willpower (doubled) roll with a penalty of -3. If failed (and the victim is still alive), he slowly loses 1 Life Point a hour until he dies. At this point he becomes a kabane. If the infection is stopped within the first minute (via amputation or other means), the person may be cured or even become a kabaneri (demi-corpse)
Cool. I Am going to have to check this out.
