Sometimes people get upset and form unruly angry mobs. In superstitious lands like Portsmaw, it is more common than than in others.
Unruly Mob Member
AC 9  HD: 1-1 Attacks: weapon (1d6) or torch (1d6+special) Special: See below Move: 12
Anyone hit by a torch must make a saving throw or catch on fire and take an addition 1d6 damage the next turn. Any character on fire may spend their turn putting out the flame to not take this damage. Every time a member of an unruly mob is killed/ko'd the other members of the mob must make a successful saving throw or disband.
I originally thought about doing some sort of swarm mechanic for unruly mobs and then I remembered that swarms suck in rpg's.
