Despite his seeming blowhard nature, Jameson is a brave man and has a 15 Courage Save. Additionally he can use his commanding presence to undermine others. When he lays into a non-megahuman with less than 4 HD they must make a Mental Save (DC 13 for NPC's) or suffer disadvantage on their next roll.
