Walrus + Bear + Cocaine = Vigilante File?

Sir Reginald Albert Wallcroft is the newest npc to grace the streets of Vigilante City. He's a wealthy British business man and former big game hunter. He was transformed into a walrus anthropomorph and has since devoted his life to philanthropy for other anthropomorphs. At least that is his public facade. He's actually turned his eye to more dangerous game: vigilantes and other megahumans. He hedonist, he also has an illicit drug problem,which can lead to some wild encounters.
