One more that isn't available on Tubi. I'll review more of those films tomorrow.
In the quiet town of Centerville, things aren't the way they should be. Day and night become unpredictable, animals start exhibiting strange behaivor, and watches and cell phones stop working. Soon the dead start rising from the grave.
This is one of the most hipsterish hipster movies I've watched in a long time. I was intrigued by the cast and the interesting trailer, but ultimately this one was a big disappointment. If you're looking for a zombie movie, this isn't what you're going to get. Yeah, the movie has zombies, but it's more a meta commentary on consumerism and film making and honestly, I'm not sure it is those things, but that's what the characters say in the flick. There is a lot of dry humor and wit, lots of Sturgill Simpson (which I'm a fan of btw), and meta humor (like Adam Driver's character referring to the theme song or script).
I do like the visuals of the smoke coming out of the zombies when they're killed, but it's not really explained.
Honestly, this is one to check out because of curiosity, but I wouldn't go into it expecting greatness.
In Your Game: The zombies in the film could be temporarily distracted by those they knew or things they loved (which they would moan).

Undead Fortitude. If damage reduces the zombie to 0 hit points, it must make a Constitution saving throw with a DC of 5 + the damage taken, unless the damage is radiant or from a critical hit. On a success, the zombie drops to 1 hit point instead.
