Fortnite is officially a part of the Marvel Universe. There is a comic crossover known as Nexus War and Marvel characters have invaded the game. Check out this trailer for the in game version of Nexus War.
This is not the first time there has been a crossover. Thanos and the Chitauri have appeared during a special event and Deadpool and Cable were also in a recent season.If the Fortnite world is a part of the great Marvel mutliverse this brings up some other interesting crossovers. Aquaman, John Wick, Batman, several Star Wars characters, and Marshmello have also been a part of the game.
