Plot
Stone and Skull Manson are two former wrestling stars working the indie circuit after being forced out of the pros. They are booked for a big cage match on Halloween night when the storm of the century traps them, other wrestlers, and fans in the event location. Unfortunately for all involved some of the talent have been transformed into zombies by some sort of Chinese steroids.
Review
This flick was a hell of a lot of fun! The Manson Brothers are a blast. Stone is the wise older brother and Skull is the simple and naïve. The pair make convincing lifers. The supporting cast is a lot of fun too. The only "big name" would be MMA star and actor, Randy Couture. This movie has a lot of heart and dumb humor, as well as some good gore. The story is framed as a comic book tale and at the end their is another comic story mentioned The Manson Brothers Satanic-Vampire Death Match (which is reportedly in the works). While I think you can enjoy this one if you aren't a wrestling fan, you'll appreciate it a lot more and understand more of the references if you are. My only real complaint about the movie is I think it would have been great to see some former stars of the squared circle in the cast. Still it's a fun flick and I'm anxiously awaiting the sequel.
Lucky Lucha Masks
Gifted to Skull by a shop keeper, these mask imbue their wearer with tremendous luck. Wearers gain advantage on all rolls and experience the best outcome in most situations (such as being attacked last or always getting 21 in Black Jack).
