Lady Luck, Take The Wheel

Here's another new superhero archetype for use with Carbide City #1 and Carbide City #2. It was definitely based on my Longshot stats

Lucky One

Medium Humanoid, Any Alignment
Armor Class: 15 (Dexterity)
Hit Points: 100
Speed: 40 ft.
Challenge: 5 (1,800 XP)

STR      DEX     CON     INT      WIS      CHA

Saving Throw: Dex +9, Cha +9
Skills: Stealth +9, Sleight of Hand +9
Senses: passive Perception 10
Languages: any one

Evasion: You can dodge out of the way of area of effect spells and attacks. When subjected to one that allows you to make a Dexterity saving throw to take only half damage, you takes no damage instead if he succeeds and only half if you fails.
Jack of All Trades: You adds half of you proficiency bonus (+2) to any ability check that you don't already add your proficiency bonus to.
Lucky: When you roll a 1 on the d20 for an attack roll, ability check, or saving throw, you can reroll the die and must use the new roll.

Actions
Multiattack: You make two attacks.
Staff: Melee Weapon Attack +5 to hit, reach 5 ft., (one target) Hit 4 (1d6+1) bludgeoning damage
Environmental Damage+: Ranged Weapon Attack +9 to hit, range 60 ft, one target. Hit 9 (1d8+5) (variable) damage.

Reaction
Right Place, Right Time: You adds 3 to your AC against one attack that would hit you. You don't have to be aware of the attack to use this reaction.

Creating a Lucky One
Step One - Origin: What is the source of your luck? Do you have ties to the fae? Does Destiny have a special plane for you? Choose two other skills or proficiencies.
Step Two - Appearance: What do you look like?
Step Three - Persona: Are you carefree and jovial, dark and mysterious, or something else altogether?

Advancement
(Selected after the completion of a significant milestone.)
Brawler: Your unarmed attack deals 1d4 bludgeoning damage, instead of 1.
Hardened: Gain 25 hit points, not to exceed 125 total.
Improved Lucky: Your lucky trait now affects 1's and 2's rolled.
Sprinter*: Increase your movement by 5 ft.
Skilled: You gain proficiency in any one skill, language, tool or weapon.
Surefooted: You treat difficult terrain and regular terrain for the purposes of movement.
Benefactor*: Your resources increase by 2 points.
Tough*: You gain 5 permanent hit points.

+ Either consciously or subconsciously you cause some sort of environmental mishap as an attack. Work with your gamemaster to explain what happens. Based on your description the gamemaster will choose what type of damage the attack does.
*This reward can be chosen more than once.
