What Does T.D.K. Stand For?

Decided to stat out one of the weirder Suicide Squad members in preparation for A-Z. 


T.D.K., also known as The Detachable Kid, is a metahuman criminal that was recruited into Task Force X during The Suicide Squad. While seriously injured during the battle of Corto Maltese, he is never shown to die in the movie and according to the director, he survived. Created for the movie, he is possibly based on Arm-Fall-Off-Boy

Anatomical Liberation: As a bonus action, T.D.K. can painlessly detach his arms and legs from his body. He can make them move telekinetic force. He can move the limbs up to 30 ft. His detached arms can't attack or carry more than 10 pounds. Any damage done to a limb is done to T.D.K.

Actions
Multiattack: T.D.K. can use Detached Annoyance twice per round.
Detached Annoyance: T.D.K. can have his detached limbs to annoy and distract opponents. Distracted opponents have Disadvantage on skill checks and attack rolls. 
Unarmed: Melee Attack. +3  to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 2 bludgeoning damage.
