Punch A Nazi Week - Dr. Plasma

Today's Nazi comes from the stories of Boy King. Dr. Plasma isn't going to put up much of a fight, but is a nasty support character. If you want to make him more sinster, he could have a plot with tattoos that either poison or can mind control folks.

Background
Dr. Plasma is a nasty tattoo artist from Swisslakia. He was recruited by the Nazi party in a convoluted plan to tattoo secret financial information on the back of agents. His plan was discovered by Boy King and his brother, who put an end to him and his schemes.
