Punch A Nazi Week - Cloned Hitler Lizardfolk

Given how things happened, I feel good about my Punch A Nazi Week decision. Going to have fun with the first one. The panels below oare from Peacemaker Presents: The Vigilante/Eagly Double Feature! which will take place between season 1 and 2 of Peacemaker

I'm not sure if those are lizard or dino-men Hitlers. For the purposes of this post I'm going to assume they are some sort of twisted clones of Hitler created by a scientist that's watched too much Jurassic Park

Also if you want to add Peacemaker, his helmets, Eagly to your game I have you covered. His dad, White Dragon, was also featured for Punch a Nazi Week a few years ago.

Hold Breath: Cloned Hitler Lizardfolk can hold its breath for up to 15 minutes.
Pack Tactics: Cloned Hitler Lizardfolk has advantage on an attack roll against a creature if at least one of the its allies is within 5 feet of a creature and the ally isn't incapacitated.
