There Are Worse Things Out Tonight Other Than Vampires

The Dhampyr is a new superhero archetype for use with Carbide City #1 and Carbide City #2. It joins the Toxic Protector, Stretch, and Clown  as character options I've made for the game.

Dhampyr
Medium Humanoid (vampire), Any Alignment
Armor Class: 15 (Dexterity)
Hit Points: 100
Speed: 40 ft.
Challenge: 5 (1,800 XP)

STR      DEX     CON     INT      WIS      CHA
20 (+5) 20 (+5) 20 (+5) 10 (+0) 10 (+0)   16 (+3)

Saving Throw: Dex +8, Cha +8
Skills: Investigation +4, Stealth +9
Damage Resistances: bludgeoning
Senses: dark vision 60 ft., passive Perception 10
Languages: any one, Vampiric

Half Vampire: The vampiric blood flowing through your veins prevents you from being turned into a full vampire. Additionally, you heal 1 HP for every point of bite damage you do. Your attacks are considered magic attacks. You have advantage on all perception skill checks. You must feed on fresh blood or equivalent serum each day. Each day you go without feeding you must make a DC 15 Constitution saving throw or gain one level of exhaustion. If you would gain your 5th level of exhaustion you frenzy and become an NPC that seeks only to feed. For every 10 points of damage you do with your bite attack you lose one level of exhaustion. Once you lose all levels of exhaustion you regain control of your character.
Vampire Killer: You gain advantage on all skill rolls related to hunting, investigating, and fighting vampires.

Actions
Multiattack: The dhampyr makes two blade attacks.
Bite: Melee Weapon Attack +9 to hit, reach 5 ft., (one target) Hit 7 (1d4+5) piercing damage
Blade: Melee Weapon Attack +9 to hit, reach 5 ft., (one target) Hit 14 (2d8+5) slashing damage
Shotgun: Ranged Weapon Attack +9 to hit, range 30/90 ft., (one target) Hit 14 (2d8+5) piecing damage

Creating a Dhampyr
Step One - Origin: Do you know the source of your vampiric heritage. Do you hunt them or seek a cure for your condition? Were you trained by another vampire hunter? Is your heritage known to the public? Choose two other skills or proficiencies.
Step Two - Appearance: What do you look like? Do you seek to hide your identity with a costume and mask?
Step Three - Ranged Weapon: What kind of special ammo does your shotgun have. Does it use slugs made of teak or silver? Have they been blessed?
Step Four - Persona: Are you a brooding loner that feels cursed? Are you charismatic like vampiric aristocracy?

Advancement
(Selected after the completion of a significant milestone.)
Brawler: Your unarmed attack deals 1d4 bludgeoning damage, instead of 1.
Hardened: Gain 25 hit points, not to exceed 125 total.
Luck: Once per day you can reroll any one die roll.
Sprinter*: Increase your movement by 5 ft.
Skilled: You gain proficiency in any one skill, language, tool or weapon.
Surefooted: You treat difficult terrain and regular terrain for the purposes of movement.
Benefactor*: Your resources increase by 2 points.
Tough*: You gain 5 permanent hit points.

*This reward can be chosen more than once.
