Old Otyugh

Use Otyugh stats from online Hoard of the Dragon Queen supplement with the following changes

Hit Points: 42 (6d10+12)

Spying Eye. The old otyugh can hide beneath the water and refuse, leaving only its eyestalk exposed.  While doing so it gets a +10 to stealth checks and its speed becomes 0.
