We know I don't like to not include game content so here's Shredder's armor statted out for Vigilante City.Shredder's Armor
Shredder's armor is just as deadly as the ninja that wears it. It provides a +4 bonus to AC and +2 to toughness. In addition wearers gain a +2 to Critical and Death Saving Throws. The claws and blades provide a +1d4 points of damage to unarmed attacks. In addition when an opponent missed with a melee attack they take 1d4 points of damage. Finally the suit is just frightening to look at and the wearer gains a +2 bonus to Intimidation rolls.
