Your Friendly Neighborhood Web-Slinging Librarian

While for legal reasons there is no Spider-Man in the New Punverse, there is a version of the Web-Archivist on that world. Updated 6/27/23

Unique Traits
Evasion: Web-Archivist can dodge out of the way of area of effect spells and attacks. When subjected to one that allows him to make a Dexterity saving throw to take only half damage, he takes no damage  instead if he succeeds and only half if he fails.
Spider-Climb: Web-Archivist can climb difficult surfaces, including upside down on ceilings without having to make an ability check.
Spider-Sense: Web-Archivist adds +4 to his Initiative checks and can't be surprised while he is conscious. Creatures that gain Advantage to attacks against him because of invisibility or stealth lose Advantage on those attacks.
Web Shooters: Web-Archivist can shoot webbing from his wrists that he can use to do a variety of things, such as swinging and using Web

Actions
Mutliattack: Web-Archivist can make two unarmed strikes.
Unarmed Strike: Melee Weapon Attack +10 to hit, reach 5 ft., (one target), Hit: 10 (1d8+6) bludgeoning damage.
Web (Recharge 6): This is treated as a non-magical version the Web spell. This ability's save DC is 16. 

Bonus Action
Quip (Recharge 5-6): Web-Archivist barrages his opponent with a string of puns and bad jokes. Target foe must make a DC 16 Wisdom saving throw or gain disadvantage on their attack rolls until Web-Archivist's next turn. Creatures immune to being charmed automatically succeed.
