Ylera Valley is the newest Kickstarter by my friends at Limitless-Adventures. The setting is modular and can be added to pretty much any 5e setting. An open sandbox, the book is designed primarily for levels 1-5 (though there is a cosmic level threat connected to the area). The Ylera Valley is fertile mountain valley ruled by a lich. There are several locations described and dozens of encounters (of various types). The book includes copyable handouts and new monsters.
There are various tiers to the project and you can get the setting in pdf or hardcover. You can also pick up previous releases from Limitless Adventures. I have several of their products and I will vouch for the quality and utility of their releases. Check out the Kickstarter page and considering supporting a couple of cool creators.
