Clownhunter is a rather new vigilante in Gotham City. Unlike members of the Batfamily, he's pretty antiheroic, and has no issue in killing the Joker and his allies. Young Bao Pham witnessed his parents being brutally killed by the Joker when he was 12.  He grew up resenting Batman because he didn't believe the caped crusader was going far enough to stop the Clown Prince of Crime. At age 17, the Joker War waged across Gotham and Bao created a costume, spiked a baseball bat with a Batarang he found and started killing Joker goons. After the conflict ceased, Batman warned the young vigilante to stop what he was doing and told him to seek out Leslie Thompkins for  help.

As far as my choice for Clownhunter's class, it's not that I think all of the Gotham vigilantes are Dark Avenger's, but several are. Because he's new, I was thinking about starting him at level one, but during the Joker War he killed 20+ Joker goons, so he's definitely earned at least a a level.
