I wanted to take a stab at statting out a Marvel Zombie for 5e. First I looked online at a few variation of Romero-style zombies, then I applied it to one of my pre-existing Marvel write-ups. I decided to go with Hit-Monkey because I wanted a weaker hero and I think the idea is fun. Note, I am unaware of a zombie version of Hit-Monkey already existing, so the art I used is from one of the Call of Duty video games.

critical hit. On a success, Zombie Hit-Monkey drops to 1 hit point instead.

throw or contract the Hunger Virus. The diseased target can’t regain hit
points, and its hit point maximum decreases by 7 (2d6) for every 24 hours that
elapse. If the disease reduces the target’s hit point maximum to 0, the target
dies and returns to life as a zombie in 1d4 hours.
