Zombified In A World He Never Made!

Here's another low level 5e Marvel Zombie to add to your game.

Traits
Grappler. Zombie Howard can use his Quack-Fu attack to grapple instead of deal damage (escape DC 11).
Master of Quack-Fu: Howard has advantage on all Quack-Fu rolls.  
Undead Fortitude. If damage reduces the Howard to 0 hit points, it must make a Constitution saving throw with a DC of 5 + the damage taken, unless the damage is radiant or from a critical hit. On a success, Howard drops to 1 hit point instead.

Actions
Multiattack. Howard makes three Quack-Fu attacks. 
Bite. Melee Weapon Attack: +4 to hit, reach 5 ft., one creature the Howard is grappling. Hit: 3 (1d4 +3) piercing damage and the target must succeed on a DC 13 Constitution saving throw or contract the Hunger Virus. The diseased target can’t regain hit points, and its hit point maximum decreases by 7 (2d6) for every 24 hours that elapse. If the disease reduces the target’s hit point maximum to 0, the target dies and returns to life as a zombie in 1d4 hours.
Quack-Fu: Melee Weapon Attack. +3 to hit, reach 5 ft, one target, Hit: 4 (1d6+1)  bludgeoning damage.
