I Scream. You Scream. We All Scream Because Of These Characters

There are two ice cream based mutants in Marvel. The first, Eye-Scream, originally appeared Obnoxio the Clown #1. Eye-Scream was hired by the titular clown to infiltrate Xavier's mention. That was in only appearance for decades until the Krakoan era of X-Men when he is shown to be a part of Bishop's relief team.

Unique Trait

Create Ice Cream: Poop Ice Cream: Eye-Scream can create roughly a scoop of ice cream a round. 

Ice Cream Form: As a bonus action, Eye-Scream can transform part or all of himself into sentient ice cream. In his ice cream form he can squeeze through a space as narrow as 1 inch wide. He gains resistance to bludgeoning damage in this form.  

Sneak Attack: Once per turn, Eye-Scream can deal an extra 3 (1d6) damage to one creature he hits with an attack he has advantage on. He doesn't need to have advantage on the attack roll if another enemy of the target is within 5 feet of it, that enemy isn't incapacitated, and he doesn't have disadvantage on the attack roll.

Unarmed: Melee Attack. +4 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 4 (1d4+2) bludgeoning damage.

 Soft Serve is a goofy mutant created by artist Bob Quin. He later inserted her into the background of Way of X #2. You can see her below in the black dress trying to give another mutant something. The second mutant is recoiling. That's because Soft Serve's mutant power is that she poops ice cream. According to her creator, her "plumbing" is different than regular humans. Later he was said that "pooping" is just a colloquialism and that her body was instead a portal to an ice-cream dimension. I wish I was making this up. Forge has stated the ice cream is the best he ever had. She is not  connected to Eye-Scream but according to Quinn she's a big fan.
