Sunday I talked about Reb, today we'll learn a bit about his leader. While not a full stretchy guy, Backlash could be a descendant of Rubberman.

Cobra is an American Nazi agent with snake-like mutations. He has poisoned claws and fangs. 

Backlash is a metahuman from the midwest with Nazi sympathies and a hatred towards minorities and non-Aryans. He was recruited by the Aryan Brigade and organized and lead a later version of the team. His identity is known to the use government, but it and the source of his powers are classified.
