This character would have been more appropriate to post last month, but honestly I just kind of remembered him. Like Ghoul, Lord Pumpkin appeared in the Ultraverse cartoon (which can be watched on Tubi).

Background:
Lord Pumpkin is originally from one of the numerous realms that exist in the Godwheel, a tremendous sized cosmic artifact. He was created to by the scarecrow-like playmate of a demented young prince that liked to torture animals and peasants. Soon the prince began to "play" this way with his new companion. It eventually grew tired and rebelled, killing the prince, his family, and taking over the kingdom. This is when he took the title, Lord Pumpkin.
A charismatic showman and powerful wizard in his own right, Lord Pumpkin loves a challenge. He set his sites on Earth, seeing its Ultras as an entertaining new source of amusement. There he created his own criminal organization
