Bugeye and Banjo

When I think of Appalachian mutants, I think of Sam Guthrie and his family. Recently I learned about Banjo and Bugeye, two Appalachian mutants who have a single appearance in Spectacular Spider-Man 156, (which means I need to snag it for my collection).

Here are some 5e stats for the pair, who I feel the need to point out are 10 year old twins.

---------------------------------------------------------

Mutant twins, Banjo and Abner's mother was pregnant mother was irradiated in the Three Mile Island incident. She then fled back to rural Pennsylvania to live with her family (away from the government she now distrusts).  While looking in the area for a missing Robbie Robertson, Spider-Man is mistaken by their mother for a government agent. She ordered them to kill him. In the conflict Spidey saves Banjo from falling to his death and is allowed to leave peacefully.
