The shapeshifter, who posed as an African-American man named Stagolee DeLyons (which I'm assuming is a nod to the legend of Stagger Lee). They are led by DeLyons main squeeze, Angel Hollywood, and are a group of cold hearted femme fatales. They are trained in gunplay and martial arts.
