Punch A Nazi Week - Swarm

The following statement sounds weird to type, but Swarm is my favorite Nazi villain. I've previously statted him for 5e in this post. If you aren't familiar with the character here's a summary of his origin.

Fritz von Meyer was a Nazi scientist that flew to South America after WWII. He became an expert in venom and bee keeping. When he discovered mutated bees he tried to control them. Instead the bees killed his body and his conscious became one with the swarm. Since becoming a super villain he's tangled with the Champions, two different Spider-Men (Peter and Ben), the X-Men, and the Runaways.

If adding Swarm to your Evolved games, make sure he's accompanied by a few Insect Swarms (page 451) and maybe even some giant ants (page 450)

Swarm: Init +5; Atk +8 (Stinging Smash, 1d8+poison); Crit M/1d12; AC 18; HD 6d8+12; HP 30; Mov. 30', fly 50'; Act 1d20 + 1d16; SP alien mind, poison, vulnerable to fire (double damage), electricity sensitivity; SV Ref +6; Fort +5; Will +9; Path PoV +5

Alien mind: Though he possesses the intelligence of a Nazi genius, Swarm is immune to charm and mind affecting EA's. The mind of his bees are two different than any humanoid; though certain insectoid races (or similar creatures) can cast mind-affecting EAs on other insects.

Electricity sensitivity: Because Swarm's bee's communicate via electrical impulses he finds himself vulnerable to electric attacks. If he takes electric damage his movement is halved and he loses his second action the following turn.

Poison: Target must make DC 12 Fortitude save. On a failed save, the character takes 1d2 Stamina damage.
